Erosip is generally well tolerated when taken as directed. Because it contains natural caffeine, some people may feel mild restlessness, a faster heartbeat or difficulty sleeping if taken late in the day. If you experience any discomfort, stop use and consult a doctor.

We recommend not combining Erosip with alcohol. Alcohol can work against the very effects you are looking for and may increase the chance of feeling unwell.
